Our Team

M T C & Co. draws its expertise from Chartered Accountants who have gained experience by dealing with huge number of clients in past in various reputed firms of Chartered Accountant in India. Our Founder Member CA Tejas Chandarana was associated with an internationally reputed "Big 4 Accounting Firm" from the years 2017 to 2020. Prior to this he was partner in Lakhani & Co. LLP, which was in existence for more than 60 years.
CA Meghna Chandarana has vast knowledge and skill of managing huge client base in her Independent Practice from last many years.
Other team members consist of experienced Chartered Accountant, Semi qualified, graduates and article trainees.

CA Tejas Chandarana

CA Tejas Chandarana is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of M T C & Co. He is a fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and has a vast experience of around 9 years in the fields of Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, Regulatory Services, etc.

He was a Partner in Lakhani & Co., LLP which was one of the reputed CA firm in Mumbai and was in existence for more than 60 years.

He was also associated with one of the "Big 4 Accounting Firm" for more than 3 years.

He has different skill sets and expertise of handing Income Tax Compliance, Advisory and Litigation services.

CA. Meghna Chandarana

CA Meghna Chandarana is the Founder member of M T C & Co. She is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and has a vast experience in the fields of Goods and Service Tax (GST), Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, etc.

She is running her Independent Chartered Accountant Practice since many years and has different skill sets and expertise of managing variety of clients of different sectors.
